Learning to write Letters Creatively

Learning to write can be tough. However, you can find some fun ways to accomplish this. First, I use things like the picture above. A Workbook with a Dry Erase Pocket and markers. This way they can use it as many times as they need to to practice. Second, use the same wipe-off Pocket and Playdoh. Let them make Playdoh 'worms', and form the letters with them. This involves their sense of touch and smell sometimes (if you get the scented). Also, you can get a baking sheet and put a layer of salt or sugar in it. Then they use their finger to write their letters in it. These are a few of the fun ways to write letters. Also, remember to point out letters on things like cereal boxes and signs, this way they can see that letters are everywhere and they are very important in our lives.
